Returns and Exchanges

At "Myroslava's Creations" we are about making our customers satisfied with the products we offer. As the result we have developed a "returns and exchange"policy that has been in place for many years.

We do accept returns on the items that are in the original and unworn condition. This includes and is not limited to items without any tears, chipping, additional drawings, spots, missing parts, etc.

The returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving an item by the customer. We ask that you call first to receive return authorization number. Without the return authorization number, we will not be able to process your request.

The customer is solely responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
